David Dunn's Bio
David is the current CEO of Sunderland Software City, a nationally recognised technology sector support body. Prior to this regionally important role David held a range of senior positions at OneNorthEast, the regional development agency and previously was Project Director of Financial Inclusion Newcastle.
David sits on the Board of BVEL, a community and voluntary sector body supporting people of Northumberland into enterprise. David holds an MBA from Durham University and a computing science degree from Abertay University.
Richard Lane's Bio
Richard is a regionally recognised sales trainer and coach and is a founding partner of durhamlane, a sales performance company. Richard has over 18 years corporate sales and sales leadership experience, much of it spent with training, education and software companies including Skillsoft, the world’s largest e-learning company where he worked as a global account director and regional sales director.
During his career Richard has won and managed numerous global blue-chip customers including the Royal Bank of Scotland, Vodafone and BP with whom he won over £30M of business. His passion has always been crafting solutions designed to solve complex business challenges, with the goal of creating win-win and long-term value. Business fit, business value and developing long-term relationships are at the heart of everything Richard does and he is driven by a desire to raise the bar of the sales profession.
Peter Wallace's Bio
Peter began his career in a Local Government IT department nearly 35 years ago and progressed through a variety of IT roles from IT Operations through to Systems Programming and Analysis finally ending up in Project Management. He spent 19 years at Northern Rock where he reached the position of Deputy IT Director. During this time he acquired and developed an in depth knowledge of a wide range of technologies, architectures and development approaches.
Peter joined RDF in March 2012 as Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for all Operational activities and the effective day to day running of the company. In May 2013 he became Programme Director based in the Newcastle offices of Virgin Money where he manages the Virgin Money Relationship.
Lee Durham's Bio
Lee is a chartered marketer and MBA professional with over 20 years commercial sales and marketing experience across EMEA, mainly within the creative Industries sector. Lee is also a founding partner of durhamlane. Client exposure ranges from large global corporates to regional SMEs. Lee is a commercially savvy business leader and creative thinker, with an entrepreneurial mind-set. Dedicated to people, business development, strategic partnerships, relationship management and brokering the best deals for all parties.

Rachel Peacock's Bio
Rachel holds a degree in Law and a Bar Vocational Course qualification from Northumbria University. She is an effective strategist, who prides herself on building and maintaining positive relationships with key decision-makers, local authorities, government organisations and other. Being solutions orientated and determined to achieve success in all aspects of a role, she is always fully committed to a project.
